Academic Integrity & Anti-Exam Dump Policy

StudyScout is dedicated exclusively to legitimate peer study groups, collaborative discussion, and authorized exam preparation. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward exam security violations, brain dumps, leaked questions, and fraudulent testing practices.

1. Prohibited Materials and Behaviors

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited from being hosted, shared, promoted, or solicited in any community listed on StudyScout:

  • Exam Dumps & Braindumps: Any compilation of actual, verbatim, or reconstructed questions from live standardized tests, board examinations, or professional certification tests.
  • Leaked or Recalled Exam Questions: Materials claiming to contain recent exam questions, memory recalls, answer keys, or confidential testing items.
  • Proxy Test Taking & Impersonation: Offers or solicitations for surrogate test-takers, exam impersonation services, or unauthorized remote testing assistance.
  • Credential & Account Selling: Sale or trading of unauthorized accounts, exam registration vouchers, or counterfeit credential certificates.
  • Guaranteed Pass Schemes: Unsubstantiated claims promising guaranteed pass marks, pay-after-you-pass arrangements, or back-door certification paths.
  • Stolen & Copyright-Infringing Materials: Unauthorized distribution of proprietary question banks, video courses, textbook PDFs, or test-maker intellectual property.

2. Automated Screening & Quarantine Gates

StudyScout deploys automated discovery and validation filters designed to identify and block illicit testing operations:

  • Negative Keyword Filtering: Autonomous pipelines automatically reject candidate URLs containing dump keywords, leak references, and blacklisted domains.
  • Continuous Link & Content Monitoring: Listed communities are periodically re-checked for compliance. Groups that shift from study discussion to commercial dump distribution are quarantined immediately.
  • Fail-Closed Publication: Any candidate channel whose identity, discussion authenticity, or exam focus cannot be verified is held or permanently excluded.

3. Consequences of Academic Dishonesty

Students and candidates should understand that participating in exam dump channels carries severe personal and professional risks:

  • Score Invalidation & Bans: Major testing organizations (College Board, ETS, Pearson VUE, USMLE/FSMB, CFA Institute, PMI, CompTIA) actively monitor leak channels. Candidates found possessing or sharing recalled content face immediate score cancellations and lifetime testing bans.
  • Professional Licensing Revocation: Medical boards, state bar associations, and accounting institutes revoke licenses and report unethical conduct to employer registries.
  • Malware and Financial Fraud: Many "free dump" and "leak" channels are vectors for phishing, credential theft, ransomware, and payment fraud.

4. Reporting Violations

We welcome reports from students, educators, test owners, and community moderators. If you encounter any listed group that promotes exam dumps, leaked questions, or academic fraud:
